My 2014 (a quick look to this year's life events)

2014 is a year full of blessings. Blessings, I have the Lord to thank for. Let me tell you a little secret. I have my five finger goal. (One goal for each finger on one hand). And two of them were accomplished this year. Yipee!!! I have yet to conquer the odds to accomplish the remaining three. But I know the Lord will back me up. 

January - March 2014

The practice teaching experience was fun and also, nerve racking. I'm really blessed to have Sir Abraham to be my cooperating teacher. He's the coolest. I wouldn't have done it, if it wasn't for his guidance and support.

April 2014

Graduation was one of the happiest moments for me and for my parents. All the hardships and sacrifices were all worth it. :)  I thank the Lord for giving me very supportive and loving parents.

June 2014

I enrolled for graduate studies. I was very nervous at first, but later, I got the hang of it. It isn't so bad. My classmates are very cool despite the age difference. :) 

October 2014

This, I really, really prayed hard for. This was all an answered prayer. Thanks Lord, as always, You're the best. (bahalag gamay ug rating basta pasa na...hihihihihi)

Oath taking for Professional Teachers - December 12, 2014

I'm looking forward for the year 2015. Another year for me to share with my family and friends; to accomplish my goals; and also, to live life to the fullest. :) :) :)

2014 - Thank You, Lord for a year full of your love and blessings.....

I'm trying. I really am. And then, when I thought I did it, someone or something will remind me. Just like that. Out of nowhere. Robbing me with the little hope that's left of me that one day, I'll be able to forget everything. Yeah, I'll admit it. I am trying, with every bit of will power to forget things. To move on. To not care. But things go spontaneously, out of my control. Shocker. Some things aren't within our control. I think twice. Maybe most things that are relevant are not within our control. I would like to tell the universe to shut it and ask what good does it do to remind people of things not worth the trip down memory lane. 

I'd be forever scarred. The pain left me a long time ago but the memory of having felt it still lingers like it was just yesterday.

Introducing... The Raven Boys...

These photos are all fan-made, of course. The book series is really, really good. I love the characters, especially the Raven Boys <3 <3 <3 and how the main female character  is a great example of a strong, independent woman. So far, three books are released:

Favorite Filipino Movie

Every time I watch this movie, I still feel that I'm watching it for the very first time. Gosh!!! The emotions of the actors just gets to me every single time. I can't seem to remember the number of times I watched, Kung Ako Na Lang Sana. Maybe, more or less 10 times already, and counting. I really find the movie very, very romantic. I really loved the idea of falling for your best friend, without realizing it, not until everybody around notices and tells you. 

Also, the two main characters in the movie are part of a big barkada and they really are there for each other for the ups and downs. I hope my barkada would be like that of theirs, always looking out for each other through thick and thin. Even when we grow older, or have families of our own. :)

One thing I learned from the movie, which I think is quite true, unless someone proves me wrong:

The feels for these two, really. I just can't contain them anymore. Pinocchio is definitely worth watching. Worth the two hours per week you have to waste just watching pure insanity*. *kay kilig jud lagi kaau ai, ambot na lng. You should definitely, definitely watch this drama. I kinda like it's way of story telling. It was similar to the movie, Man of Steel. You get an alternate glimpses of the past and the future events. And to add to that, Park Shin Hye <3 Lee Jong Suk love team. *dies of total awe

Graceling Realm

Very, very nice book series. I really love fantasy and in the medieval times. For those who love this genre, you better read this series.

The Fault In Our Stars

John Green is a genius. I fell in love with his characters and his words in the book. The movie was really awesome. I'm in tears when I read the book. I thought I'm emotionally prepared to watch the movie 'cause I know what'll happen next. But that doesn't work. T_T You can never really prepare yourself to lose someone you love. Even though, you know that it will happen eventually in the future. The truth of it is you still hope and believe that, that person will just be around tomorrow and the day after tomorrow and the days after that. But, we are here on Earth for just a certain amount of time. That time is not up to us to decide. We just got to make the most of it while we still can. Hang in there, my friend, you are loved . :) 

Discovery of Romance

I really enjoyed this one too. It's about exes who never got over each other. They try to find new love but that doesn't work out. They found their way to each other in the end. SPOILER!

Definitely worth watching. :)

It's Okay, That's Love

Super duper nice. This drama is worth your time. I really enjoyed it. I recommend it to those who love psychology. :) Better watch it :)

What if .......?

I know, sometime in our lives, we asked this question to ourselves, What if ...? 

What if things were different? It could have been better or worse. What if things were just simple? It wouldn't have to be this complicated. What if I did that? What if I said that? What if he/she knew about all of it? It would've been the end of it all. 

These, I say to myself every now and then. But all of these, I just keep to myself. I would never know the answer to all of my What ifs because I never really did anything about it.

But, Wallace and Chantry took the chance to go beyond just asking What if?. They were brave to express their feelings. They were ready to travel the road after their What if. They were in love and could care less what will happen next. 

I guess my What ifs will always be there. But we'll never know the future. What if things will change and I'd be just like Wallace or Chantry? For now, I'll ask, What if ...?

The Amazing Dylan O'brien

I really felt the need to post these pictures. I mean, it's Dylan. Who doesn't love him? I really love his character in Teen Wolf. His acting in season 3b is just splendid. Now,  he's all over the world with Maze Runner. Great Movie, by the way. His really good acting, plus his good looks made the movie even better. 

I'm gonna read the books to get the feels of it. hihihi... :)

Listening to music makes me feel good. Thanks to all the genius lyrics and compositions of all the artists in the entire world, I get to enjoy it all. Here just some nice lyrics I found to be really nice. Scribbling it all down in my journal just came across my mind. :) :) :) 

About time... :)

This is from the sermon at the mass last Sunday. I really thought of these words to be really inspiring. I mean, nowadays, people, including myself, focus on things that are missing and we often think that we are being deprived of something rather than thinking that we are really lucky to be at least be alive today. The thought of you, being able to eat a meal three times a bed, sleep comfortably in your own bedroom, go to school, enjoy the company of your family and friends, just means that you are very much blessed indeed. For you not to be contented, for me, would be very big disappointment. You see, other people are struggling just to get food in their stomach much more get an education.

The point is, be thankful of everything that you have. Don't look for things you lack. Everything has its time. Maybe you don't need it or someone else deserves it more that you do. Just think of it that way and it'll be just fine. :)

Teen Wolf

 

Got crazy over teen wolf.... took me a week to finish all three seasons and catch up with season 4. The series never failed to give me the chills. Every episode is really terrifying, nice and thrilling, but terrifying. It's also funny. Dylan's character, Stiles, is freakin' awesome. I love him <3.

Can't wait for more of Teen Wolf :)

'Cause it's summer, I have plenty of time to watch my series and catch-up.

Game of Thrones: It's back!!!!! After a year long wait, Season 4 is finally here. Can't wait for a thrilling season to unfold. 

Reign: If you like royals that wear really pretty dresses and are very good-looking, this is the show for you. I kinda like the twists and turns of the story.

Vikings: I'm recommending this series to those who wants super bloody action. I super like the lead female character, pretty and dangerous.

Ganahan jud kog mga karaan na setting. I find it amazing how people back then live with just the resources available and the absence of advance technology we have today. I think, bright jud cla because pioneer jud cla sa tanan na knowledge na we know today. Anyways, I suggest you watch these shows if you don't have anything else to do. Enjoy :) :) :)

It has always been my struggle. Trying to adjust to people. I try my hardest to understand the differences. I thought I'm getting better at it, but I thought wrong. People have different views and opinions, that's a given fact. But, sometimes, when I'm being stupid, I don't quite get things. I thought I did my best to really get along with the people I'm with. But, I'm only human. I fall short on things. And I'm sorry for that. 

Honestly, I was caught off guard with what happen. I cried the whole night thinking what went wrong. I didn't expect any of that. My words won't change anything now. So, I've considered to not explain things. I was thinking that, what more can I do? Damage has been done. Yes, I admit, I'm the bad guy here. I apologize to those that I've caused pain. I'll try my very best to not trouble you in any way. 

Silence is my way of coping up with emotional distress. I don't do well with confrontations. 

Forgive me for what happened. The situation got all out of hand. I had no control over things. Hearing my side of the story is no longer needed. I'll accept whatever you think of me without holding anything against you.
